Dear Parents/Guardians:

Even though the weather isn't cooperating, it is springtime and we are finishing up our school year on a strong note.  Spring fever can distract students from the fact that we are all here for school business.  Please remind your child to participate in all classes, dress appropriately, and to keep learning first and foremost through June.  With your support, we are more successful in achieving what we all seek, academic success.

All of our students continue to work hard each and every single day in all of their classes.  Our 3rd-6th graders, have successfully completed another year of NJ ASK testing and we will be receiving the scores toward the end of the summer and will mail your child's score to you shortly after we receive them.

Summer is a time to get lost in a good book.  It is best to encourage the reading habit from the time children are very young.  If you have always done that, great....don't stop now!  We are looking at implementing a new summer reading program for our students in Grades K-3, please look for more information in the next few weeks.

Yes, believe it or not, the school year is almost over.  Hopefully your children enjoyed a successful and productive year.

Sincerely,

Jennifer Olsyn
